FRIDAY FOURTEEN!

Since so many people do Thursday 13, I figured that I could sum up our last few weeks with a Friday 14.

1. Thanksgiving was great. We went to Wichita Falls and had a great time seeing family. Matt's extended family from MS comes every year and we all stay together under 1 roof. Yes, 17 of us under 1 roof. Lots and lots of people, but fun.
2. Saw the movie DEJA VU. It was really good. I know People Mag gave it a bad review, but we all liked it. Oh, and speaking of movies I have about a list of 5 that I want to see this month. Have you seen the preview for The Pursuit of Happiness??? Looks great! Matt and I need a babysitter (ahem, Aunt Mel) so we can see all of these great movies coming out! HA!
3. We came home last Friday and had a great day together, and then Saturday was my 26th bday! It was a great day. Matt's family left Wichita Falls to head home and they stopped in FW to see our house....and us too! The kids played and played in our backyard in the fort. They loved it. Matt cooked hamburgers and we all visited until it was time for everyone to go.
4. Karen (mini) stayed the night with us so Matt and I could go out for my bday. It was so great having her stay and keep Hudson for us. Matt and I decided to go to Dallas to go to the Galleria, and on our way we were like hey lets stop and go to church at Farmers Branch. It was so good to be back and church was amazing. We loved it. Then we went and had dinner at Houstons. SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!
5. Tuesday we had Hudson's pictures taken at the FW botanical gardens. Haven't seen them yet, but I am dying. He was dressed up sooooo cute. I can't wait to see the pictures. I am wanting a 16X20 of him. I am hoping that we got a good Christmas card shot taken too. We'll see!! Why is picture day so stressful? Is it just me or does it stress others out? Once we got home Hudson took a 3 and 1/2 hour nap....and so did I, and I was ready to go to bed at 8.
6. So Wednesday it was like 79 degrees. Hudson was in shorts, and then yesterday it SNOWED! I could not believe it. I really thought the weather people were joking, but it did and it was wonderful. It's like 20 degrees today. BURRRR! We made our first fire in our house last night and it was soooo cozy. Oh, and Matt came home at 3! It was such a great day!
7. Greys Anatomy was good. Is anyone out there getting sick of pouty George??? I sure am! I LOVED how Christina jumped in the elevator at the last minute to be there for Burke. Great move!
8. This weekend we have lots going on. Matt is coming home early and we are headed to gap cause we have a friends and family 30% off coupon. YAY for shopping.
9. Tomorrow we have Miss Claire Turners 2nd bday party to go to! Hudson is so excited to go.
10. Tomorrow night we are headed to Bedford for a Mexican fiesta at Jason and Shelleys. YUM!
11. Sunday we are going to try NRH church again. We are going to go to early service and try class. Please say a prayer that Hudson does well in the nursery and bible class.
12. I am going to dedicate numbers 12-14 to.........Hudson's going to be a BIG BROTHER!!! Yes, it's true! We are pregnant with baby #2. I am now 8 weeks along. We are due the day after Hudson turns 2. July 14 is the big due date. We are so excited. We were going to wait and share the big news until after the 1st of the year, but I can tell that from the few who know that good news travels fast! We can't wait to have another baby in our family!!! We feel very blessed and very thankful during this holiday season!

Sorry I have no recent pictures to share. I am bad about not taking any pictures when we are around family because I know I'll get loads of copies from them. I'll post some soon!
