I did not realize how much of a routine person I am until our day-to-day life is thrown out of whack. Hudson and Harper being sick was R.O.U.G.H. Anything stomach bug related is no fun. Really, I was one diaper away from feel like I was going to loose my mind. I'm talking gaggin' gross business going on in our house! I did the happy dance when I saw solid poop from the kids again...dead serious! We did not leave ALL week long. I did not put a lick of make-up on until Saturday. I bet I looked like I had the flu once Friday hit.
Saturday Huddy did make it to his soccer game. Matt coached the game and it was just so adorable. He was so cute with the kids on the team. I was so proud! I found myself checkin out the coach and wanting to take his picture just as much as I was wanting to take pics of Hud. When we got home from the game Matt was flipping thru the camera to see the pics I got of Hud and thought I was nuts of all the pics I took of him too. I couldn't help it, he was just so stinkin cute and fun to watch out there! HA! I promised that I would not post the pics on here. I think ya'll would have liked them tho! :)
Miss Harper decided to throw a FIT...a BIG FIT the ENTIRE game. She did not like that Daddy and Hud were out there playing and she wasn't. She kept crying out, "Daaaaaaadiiii." (picture that with a shrill on the end of it). And she kept saying, "I payyy, I payyy (I play)." Poor girl....let's hope this was a one time thing. It was pretty miserable for us both.
Matt left town for Galveston yesterday until tomorrow night. It's one of those yearly things he has to go to. We miss him the second he leaves. I'll be so glad when he's back home. Tomorrow night I am helping host a MOMMY shower for a friend in our life-group, Kelly. She is having her 3rd baby, so we are planning on just showering her. It's at this Coco Lounge and Bistro and it is FANTASTIC! I think it'll be so much fun!
It feels good to be back in the swing of things! Huddy is back at school today. He was so excited to go. He looked so cute and handsome this morning. I love watching him just walk right in there and start talking to his friends. Such a big boy. Miss Sissy-Poo and I are about to go for a walk around the neighborhood. Last week totally messed up my working out routine too. Man, I was a mess just like they were.
This weekend is our neighborhood Easter egg hunt at our park, so I know that'll be fun. Matt and I are going to take the kids to Sea World this weekend too. We are hoping the Spring Break crowds are gone and we can enjoy it before it gets all crowded again.

Too cute! I loved that last pic of Hudson, such a serious runner and the one of Harper crying... poor thing. I hope the next game is better for her. Have a wonderful week!
