Oh boy, oh boy was tonight ever FUN!! I love this time of year, and I love Halloween. Our neighborhood goes all out and it is a blast. So many kids and so many families. Everyone comes outside with their lawn chairs and stays out late. The kids were adorable and loved trick or treating. Harper literally ran from house to house. She was so excited. Hudson loved being Captain Jack Sparrow, and was especially thrilled when Davy Jones showed up at our house trick or treating. It was like a deer in the headlights...that and when he met a few star wars guys. I love their excitement. It is so sincere and so OVER-THE-TOP! It's great!! My sweet neighbor next door was handing out candy and she said that this was the first year she did not take her kids out trick-or-treating...(her youngest is now old enough to go off with friends by herself)...she told me that these times will just fly by in a flash. I know they will and I try my hardest to soak up every minute!!

ADORABLE costumes! Love it! Glad yall had a good night. Jake and Jack were Texas Rangers and it was a lot of fun. This might be the last year that they let us decide what they are though...next year they'll be 4 and almost 3, so they are bound to start getting an opinion, I'm sure! Anyhow, hope yall are great!
