Mullins Tribe : Happy Easter!

It has been a wonderful Easter weekend. Our Easter service at church was one of the best I have ever been to. Last week when we were driving home from Tyler I told Matt that I hoped we would sing "In Christ Alone" and "Come Awake", and would you believe that we sang BOTH! I was thrilled. It was the kind of singing that there was a lump in my throat trying to hold back the tears the entire time.

After church we went and ate at our favorite ZTejas at La Cantera. I was able to snap a few sweet pictures of the kids while we were there.

When I look back over these pictures it brings tears to my eyes because of how FAST these years have flown by. This first picture was right after we moved here. We had not even lived here a month. Hudson was 2 and 1/2 and Harper was 7 months. Feels like yesterday.

Yes, Easter 2010 is missing with the kids in their Easter clothes because I was glamping. I still can't believe we booked our girls trip over Easter weekend---what were we thinking??? We sure had fun tho!

And just because no post would be complete without a few of our 'blooper out takes"...one would think it would be one of my boys causing the picture to be no good. BUT ohhh no. It would be my 3 year old girl that caused MANY great pictures to be no good.

This morning the kids were so excited about their Easter baskets. We told them time and again that this was NOT Christmas. They each got a couple of books, a new wii game (Hud), mini pillow pet (Harp), new Crayons, t-shirts/jammies for our DISNEY WORLD vacation in May. ---Yes, only a TAD bit of excitement going on in our house. ;)
