Disney World--Part 2: Animal Kingdom

Monday we spent our day at the Animal Kingdom.  It was a blast.  Probably one of my top days at Disney.  Harper-girl was in animal heaven which was so precious to watch.  Our first stop was the SAFARI!  I was so excited to do this, and it did not disappoint.  We saw so many animals and it really felt like a real safari.

Once we were finished I took Harper to get her face painted.  She became the cutest little panda bear you have ever seen.
One of my favorite pictures of Harper.  This is her signature face right now.

Holt checking out his sister's new look.

We had so much fun that day and did it all.  The kids loved the Dinosaur area of the park.  Hudson absolutely LOVED the Expedition Everest roller coaster.  He road it over and over and OVER again.  It really was a neat ride.  Harper enjoyed the Dino rides!

The best part of the day was seeing the Finding Nemo play.  It was AHHHMAZING.  Not even kidding.  I was blown away with how great it was.  We also saw The Lion King show too.  Both were wonderful.

We finished our day with the Animal Kingdom Parade.  One of the best of the week.  It was so cute and the 'floats' were fantastic!
Harper was quite captivated.

Hud got some pretty cool high fives too!

We had dinner reservations that night at the AK's Yak and Yeti restaurant.  It was great!  AK closes quite a bit earlier than the other parks, but since we put in a full non-stop day there, we decided to head back to the room and veg out.
Harp's chosen souvenir for the day---  A T-Rex!  This is Susie and she went with us everywhere for the remainder of our week.  Don't you love how Harper has her all buckled in???

My boys.  Hudson is so so SO sweet with Holton.  His little voice goes so high when he talks to him.  Holton just stares and grins.  Holton was never short on attention for the week!
Animal Kingdom was a great day.  It was our only day there during the week, but I think we'd all agree that it was definitely a highlight!!
