Hudson lost his top right tooth on Wednesday night. His top two teeth have been loose now for several months, but the right one has gotten really loose lately. I knew I could pull it if he would be still enough to let me. We were in the kitchen and I told him to let me wiggle it for a minute and alas out it came! He was really excited and I have to say I LOVE that snaggle tooth grin. It's just so cute! His picture day at school was Wednesday, so I'm thinking we'll have to do retakes just so I can have a toothless Kindergarten school picture. :) Gotta preserve those memories! Hudson was excited to go to school and write his name on the tooth graph. (I love Kindergarten). Loosing teeth is a big deal in the Kindergarten world. I can remember celebrating and making our teeth graphs while teaching Kinder.
What is so wild about the timing of this is that the exact tooth that Hudson lost is the exact tooth that broke through in Holton's mouth this week. Maybe God is just helping this mom out with remembering dates. Now Hud's all determined to get his other top tooth all wiggly. I'm sure it'll be out sooner than later.
This is just one more thing that makes my biggest boy even bigger. Oh how we love our Huddy bud!

| It was college t-shirt day at Hudson's school on Thursday. They do this once a month. Had to represent ACU and Leadership Camps!! Can't wait for Hudson to go this next summer to Kid Quest! |

ReplyDeleteYou are a much stronger mom than me...loose teeth freak me out, and I am not kidding. I am dreading when ours loose their teeth...and I know Jake is quickly approaching that time. Yikes...gives me the goosebumps thinking about it! But I agree...those grins are pretty cute!
