So here's the story.....

We went to Wichita Falls the weekend of the 4th. The last day we were there we went to the lake. Lake Kemp. We had so much fun! We heard roomers that Ryan Gosling was in town, but totally did not believe it. I mean seriously...Ryan Gosling in Wichita Falls??? We decided to eat lunch at this small hole in the wall restaurant outside for lunch and lo and behold Ryan Gosling was at the table across from us. My camera was in the boat, but luckily Matt's mom had hers. I pretended to be taking a picture of Matt's sisters but instead zoomed in to take Ryans. I finally got up the nerve to go over and talk to him. He was super super nice. I sat at his table and visited for a good 15 minutes or so. He said he was in Wichita Falls because that is where his grandparents retired. There on the lake. He and Rachel were in town for the 4th. She wasn't with him at lunch though. I asked him if we could have our picture made and he said no that he did not want any photos taken....but I had secretly taken one already! :) He did sign my People Magazine though!! I got up the nerve to ask him if he and Rachel wanted to do something with Matt and I later....like a double date. And believe it or not HE AGREED!!! OK...that's enough! This is a total LIE! 100% made up. Not true! Fabricated story! It sounded good though right??? Ok, heres the real deal! That is not Ryan Gosling. The last day we were in Maui we ate lunch at Cheeseburger in Paradise...yummy! And the guy in the picture was at the table across from us. You could tell it wasn't Ryan Gosling, but it sure did look like him. I told everyone to look and they all agreed. So I did pretend to take a picture of Matt's sisters, but really zoomed in on him....for the mere purpose of this blog entry. I just knew my fellow readers would think it was him!! I have had to wait this whole time to get the picture from Matt's mom....it was taken on her camera! So thats the real story. I had such a laugh at some of the comments!!! SUCKERS!!!!! :)
