When I was a little girl I love playing with dolls. I loved dressing the baby, feeding the baby, putting the baby to sleep, making the room all cute for the baby. I was a girly little girl who loved ruffles and bows.
Well, it still holds true even many years later. I LOVE dressing Harper. I love everything girly about having a girl. I love the pink, I love the bows, I love the ruffles, and the dresses. This was what Harper wore to go grocery shopping today while her mommy, daddy, and brother all wore t-shirts and shorts. I know, it's a bit over the top, but boy did she ever look cute. She is a little Baby Gap model in my book! Her Aunt Lissa bought her this adorable baby gap denim mini skirt and cute top. Thank you Aunt Lissa! This wild feather bow was one we bought last weekend while in WF. It's crazy but so fun and cute!
Here are pictures of Harper's room. I know you all asked to see them ages ago, but I kept getting distracted. SO FINALLY....here is her sweet room. It's a girly room full of color! I love it. I had so much fun putting it all together. One of these day's I'll post pictures of Hud's big boy room too! **her Harper letters show more in person. the flash makes them hard to see.**
And lastly, a HUGE shout-out goes to my sweet BFF here in FW Emily! We became friends when Hudson was about 4 months old. We both went to Farmers Branch C/C and they were sitting in front of us at one of the evening services. They invited us to dinner and we instantly became friends. Then last summer she called me up and said that Jeff was taking a job in FW and they were moving. I quickly said, "US TOO!" I really think God had his hand in this move because I had no friends coming to FW. We live about 20 minutes from each other. We attempt to have weekly play dates with our kids. Hudson loves Claire and Luke, and I have fun hanging out with their mommy. We now both go to RHCC and ladies class together! What a blessing The Turner's are to our family!
So here's my shout-out. Look at this precious dress that EMILY MADE! The dress speaks for itself! I was blown away when I opened it up. It is so beautiful and so sweet. Harper will wear it this Spring/Summer. Every single detail of this dress is perfect. One of the most special gifts ever! So cute that it has become "art" on Harper's wall next to her cute pink tutu. So you mommy's out there of baby girls.....if you like CUSTOM MADE sweet dresses like Harper's it's just one click away! Go to Emily's blog and put in your order! You WON'T be disappointed!!! Emily has more talent in her pinkie than I could ever dream of having! Thank you so much, Emily, for the beautiful dress. I LOVE IT!
