Last week Matt was gone to Waco for a few nights. Matt's mom came and stayed with us 2 days. We had a good time. We did some shopping and had our La Madeline's fix. It's our favorite. She also kept the kids while Matt and I went out on a date Monday night. I love love love love love going out with Matt alone. I always have, of course, but now with 2 kids I love and appreciate my time alone with him even more. Plus it's so fun to come home to our sweet babies after a few hours away. We went to eat at Rock Fish and then to our normal coffee date in our sitting area at Barnes and Noble. Such a great time. Thanks for coming and keeping the kids for us, Mini!
Tuesday evening I started to feel bad and it just got worse with each passing day. I finally have turned the corner and feeling better. It's been rough entertaining 2 kids while feeling bad. All I have wanted to do is go to bed! Today we are going to venture out to the FW Zoo. We have not been since June. Too long for us! Time to renew our membership. Tomorrow night we are going with my cousins family to their church carnival. I know we'll get some cute pictures there.

ReplyDeleteGreat pictures, but not all of them came thru. I am so envious that ya'll get to go to the fair. Our fair is not in a good part of town, so it gets real crowded and full of crime.
Our new baby girl still doesn't have a name, but hopefully she will soon. It is so hard to name another girl. We pretty much had a boy name. I will let you know when she has an "official" name.

ReplyDeleteHudson singing is so precious! Jackson does the same thing where he falls down on purpose and says "oh no" or "what happened?" It is too cute!

I grew up in the Metroplex, but I have never been to the state fair. I am not sure how that happened! I still want to go to the zoo with you sometime when Jackson and I come to the area! I think he and Hudson would have a great time.
