Celebrations Galore!

It has been one BIG PARTY around here!! We are officially broke and would love to take any donations that you could offer to the 'help us survive july' fund. Totally kidding, but we have been having some serious FUN around here. I'll start from each individual event.

Friday the 3rd we took Hudson and his friend Cager to The Riverwalk to eat at The Rainforest Cafe' then afterwards we went to The Alamo Dome to watch The Barnum and Bailey Circus. Oh boy did we ever have a fun night. I think Matt and I were in total awe while watching the show. Really, the stuff they do is amazing. Harper stayed with her friend Karli, so we focused our 100% attention on letting Hudson have a fun night. (This was an early birthday present from us). The boys were hysterical and HYPER. On the way there Matt and I turned off the music and just laughed as we over heard the boys talking in the back. We let them ride in the very back of the Tahoe which they thought was pretty cool and we turned on Toy Story. They had so much fun. Dinner was a blast. We have not ever been to The Rainforest Cafe' and it was really neat. We can't wait to take Harper back. She would have LOVED it. We let the boys order whatever they wanted and whatever they wanted to drink. They came and sang to Hudson and brought this MASSIVE chocolate dessert. The boys were in shock when they saw it. Afterwards we went to the circus. We fit in pretty good there. HA! They were wild and dancing and having a ball. We let them each pick out a souvenir at the end too. They were exhausted after all that excitement. (We were too). It was fun to have a night all about Hud!

The next day was the 4th of July. We started the day out right by walking off the calories that were going to be eaten that evening. HA! We went over to our friends house for a WONDERFUL dinner that we all pitched in for. We had so much fun being with friends on the 4th. The kids all played in the back yard and we went and watched the Fiesta Texas fireworks at the end. It was a fun and sweaty 4th!

Sweet Ezra! He is seriously the most beautiful baby boy there ever was! His eyes, chubby cheeks, blond curls.....and he's sweet too! He and Harper are 2 wks a part and good friends.

Yesterday was Hudson and Harper's birthday party with friends. We swam, ate pizza, had cupcakes, and played up stairs. The kids had a lot of fun all playing together, and I know Hudson and Harper loved being the star of the show. It was a princess/super hero party and it turned out really cute!!

It was such a wonderful day. Hudson kept saying all morning while he was waiting for his friends, "Mommy, this is going to be the best party ever." So sweet. Makes it all worth it!

We are leaving tomorrow to volunteer a week at Kadesh which is a part of ACU Leadership camps. We are really looking forward to it. Hudson and Harper are excited to go to 'camp' with us. They always have so much fun. We are excited to see Lala and Tyson too. Hud's real bday is on Monday, so I know we'll have some more celebrating to do! We can't wait!!!
