Holton at 7 months!

Little brother is 7 MONTHS OLD!!  I won't go into my "I cannot believe it, time is FLYING by so fast" spill like I do each month.  But really WOW 7 months! 

Holton is more precious than ever.  We are EATIN HIM UP.  I can honestly say that not a day is wasted that we aren't soaking him up.  He is pure JOY and has been the perfect addition to our family.  He has all 4 of us wrapped--and tightly.

Notice how Harper so kindly shared her animals and PINK blanket (not her favorite pink blanket, but a pink blanket nonetheless).  Looks like a good nap to me!

This past month those stinkin' teeth FINALLY came through.  My goodness has teething been rough for little H-man.  It hurts and BAD.  He hasn't slept through the night in a few weeks.  After some tylenol and baby orajel, he's much better.  Bless his heart.

Holton sits like a champ.  He'll sit and play for a long time on the floor.  However over the last week or so he goes to his tummy and scoots EVERYWHERE.  He gets stuck under the furniture...can't turn my head for long.  He loves to be where Hudson and Harper are.  He just watches them and they love to make him laugh.  When I need a good picture of Holton I always yell for one of the kids to come and get him to smile.  Harper knows the drill best, and she loves getting those smiles.  I don't know how soon Holt will start crawling.  Both Hudson and Harper started crawling in their 7th month.  Maybe Holton will be good to his mama and wait just a little longer.  HA--we'll see.

I am so thankful for this precious boy.  My heart has just tripled in size.  I never knew I could love another so much after Hudson and Harper.  What a blessing being their mother is.  Now if time could just slow down a wee bit...I'm not quite ready for this year to be over.  I'd live it all over again in a heartbeat.
