Backyard Camp Out with Daddy

----I think this makes blog post #8 for me in the last few days.  It has to be some sort of record!!!)

Matt set up the tent in the backyard on Saturday morning.  Hudson and Harper thought this was the COOLEST thing ever.  They played and played in the tent.  They had a little camp out that night---Matt, Hudson, and Harper.  The kids were ready to call it a night around 4 pm.  That's how excited they were.  Once evening came we made cookies and hot chocolate, got them all bundled up and sent them on to the tent.  They watched Megamind on my laptop.  Harper was out in no time, Hudson watched the entire movie.  Matt said they slept good and had a great time.  I did not hear them come in until almost 8.  So I think it's safe to say their first little backyard camp out was a success, and a sweet little memory for all 3 of them.  (Holton and I slept warmly and very comfy in our own beds).  :)  I am certain family camp outs are right around the corner.

All snuggled in watching Megamind.  Matt got the lucky middle spot.  I doubt he moved all night long.  Pretty sweet daddy if you ask me.
