Sweet baby boy, love of my life is 7 MONTHS OLD! 7 MONTHS! What-on-earth!? Time is flying by....here we are in April and I'm already working on scheduling life thru June. It's going to be summer in no time.
The biggest thing worth documenting about our Hayesie is that he is a crawler. The boy started right after turning 6 months old getting around. He's the earliest crawler of my 4.
Hayes has the sweetest little personality. He lights up at the sound of our voices. He is such a happy guy. Recently we have seen the 'dark side' of Hayes. Ok not really the 'dark side', maybe grumpy side is better. He now has 2 teeth and it has made him pretty cranky and not so 'go with the flow' like we are used to. I know those teeth coming in have to hurt. His sleeping has also been off for the last few weeks---I'm blaming the teeth?? He hasn't slept thru the night in a while, so I sure am hoping that we get back to our old ways.
I wish I could express how much I love this baby. I cannot imagine our life without him. 4 kids finally feels normal around here now. We are a loud, wild bunch, but it really is a whole lot of fun...a lot of work, but a lot of fun. I am flat out exhausted by the end of each day. Just being 'needed' by 4 little people all day long is exhausting. I hope someday I am fun after 8:00 again. HA! Not a day passes that I don't give thanks for His surprise gift of our Hayes.
