Happy Friday!!!

Here's my Hudman sporting his new summer gear while enjoying a Popsicle. His favorite. He was helping Daddy wash his truck last weekend. He wanted a SHARK swimsuit for Sea World. I can feel an obsession coming on.

It's starting to feel like SUMMER!! Weather wise it's been feeling like summer, but now the pool is opening up, water parks are open, and it's Popsicle time!! Last weekend we stopped off at Old Navy and bought the kids a couple of swimming suits. I like how many places now have these swim shirts that have protectant material in them that protects their skin from the sun. Matt and I are super paranoid when it comes to the kids and the sun, so I got Hudson and Harper both a "swim shirt." Hudson also walked away with a 'SUPER COOL' pair of swim shoes for the Sea World water park. He LOVES these shoes, and I think if I let him he would want to wear them everywhere we go. So we have new swim suits, swim shirts, and SPF 50 sunscreen. I'd say we are ready for the south Texas summer sun! I did see today that Nutrageena has SPF 70. I can see us having that for those extra hot summer months! I do have to say that I have some Arbonne sunscreen that I was super pumped to use. We used it when we went to Sea World last time. I have to admit that we were very disappointed. It has stained and ruined a couple of Hudson's shirts. Every place that the sunscreen touched it discolored the shirt. So theres an FYI if you are wanting to pay the big bucks for sunscreen.

I can't believe it is already Friday again! Is it just me, or do weeks just seem to be flying by? I had fun with my last blog entry. My intentions were to confess to all you readers that I too am a blog stalker, and that I now "get" online relationships. There are several people's blogs I read, and have never even met them. So I guess we could say we are Internet buddies?? Cyberspace friends? Or I say let's just keep it at blog buddies. That doesn't sound near as creepy. I had fun reading my stalkers comments, and even checking out your blogs too. Hope you didn't feel forced to confess. I think it is fun to know who is reading, and now with your openness you all have inspired me to come out of my anonymous closet more and leave comments too!

This weekend we hope to hit up Sea World again tomorrow. The weather is supposed to get bad tonight, so hopefully it'll be nice tomorrow. Tomorrow night is our neighborhood Fiesta Party. It's at the neighborhood park/pavilion/pool area. We are supposed to bring blankets to sit on and enjoy fajitas. They are going to have bounce houses for the kids and some other carnival type things. This is when they officially open the pool up and we get our pool cards. I think it should be a lot of fun. We hope to meet more families from our neighborhood by going to all these fun activities.
