Catch up time!!!

Going, Going, GONE!!! I'm afraid that is how this summer is going to be! We have been having FUN FUN FUN though!

Here's a RECAP of what's been going on in the life of The Mullins 4:

• SUMMER TIME FUN! We have been going to the pool as often as we can, and Sea World too. We aren't burnt out yet on our Sea World adventures.....ask me at the end of the summer though!
  
• A week ago Friday I got a call from my good friend Nicole Strader saying that next week their family had off for vacation and that they were coming to San Antonio for a few days. I was so excited and we insisted on having them stay with us. They came last Monday and stayed until Thursday. So Glen, Nicole, and their 4 kids Avery, Bailey, Parker, and Jude got here Monday evening. We had dinner ready for them then Matt and Glen took the 6 kiddos to the pool while Nicole and I made a trip to Wally World. The 4 of us stayed up so LATE every night talking. It was so much fun laughing and catching up. Tuesday we went to Sea World. I am VERY proud to say that we sat down in the front and we GOT SOAKED!! Not wet but SOAKED. The funny thing was that they changed the splashing up a bit so I thought we got lucky and barely got wet. UMMM NO! They did it at the very end, and we were not expecting it. So yes, we partook in the Sea World wet t-shirt contest. That is checked off my summer list, and won't be doing it again. We got a good laugh out of it!! Hudson, Harper, and I stayed until around 2, and they stayed the rest of the day there. Wednesday we all went to La Cantera to shop and have lunch. They went from there to do the Alamo and the Riverwalk for dinner. Then Thursday they spent their last day at Sea World again. They had a great time, and so did we. Their kids are so sweet, and so well behaved. I have known them since Avery was 3 and Bailey was 1. I was there for Parkers birth (in the room)...so Parker and I are tight!!! HA! We moved away before Jude was born, so it was so great to see what a fun, sweet little boy he is. I hope that someday Hudson and Jude will be good buds!
  
• Thursday afternoon we loaded up and headed BACK to Tyler for my sister's graduation. We got there that evening just in time for my brother's concert. He is in a band, so it was fun to watch him. Hudson LOVED seeing UNK singing and playing his guitar. Hudson went on stage and danced like crazy. It was so funny and so cute. Paul loved it too. We spent the rest of the weekend doing family stuff and Suzanna's graduation. It was busy but fun. BUT I am SO GLAD to be home for a while now.
  
• Friday my lifelong friend Tiffany is coming to visit. Her little brother is the youth intern at the church we are visiting, so she is coming to see him too. We are so excited for her visit. Then on Sunday afternoon my cousin Shelley and her family are coming for their San Antonio summer visit. They are staying thru Wednesday. We are THRILLED that they are coming. We really miss them because we lived 30 minutes from them in FW. We always have a blast when we are together.

So that is our little recap. We have been busy, but having fun. We NEVER had this many visitors when we lived in Dallas or FW, so we are loving it. I was so worried that moving here we would never see our family and friends. We still have time available, so book your summer travels at the Mullins Hotel!!! Enjoy our pictures!!
