- SHINE BRIGHT came about while brainstorming a new name for this old blog that I started back in 2005. Whenever I send my children off somewhere whether it is school, a play-date, church--anywhere, I tell them to shine bright/be a light/be shiny. It's my constant prayer that they are a light in this world as well as our family as a whole. I love this blog, and I do this for them. It is my love-letter to my 4 loves.

She is just too cute and growing so fast! Loved all the pics of the Wiggles - I agree, even though they may not remember it at the time, we will and they will when they see the pictures later and hear our stories of their childhood. Keep making those memories! Also, Happy Belated Anniversary! I know exactly where that restaurant is! We went by it on our quick trip to SA and the riverwalk. When I saw it, I thought it would be a romantic setting for a date. So glad yall could get away and celebrate.
