Cowboy day!

The kids had Cowboy week at school last.  This was one of Hudson's very most favorite weeks at school last year.  This year was no exception.  I loaded the kids up a few days before hand and headed to Walmart for new "Cowboy shirts".  Hud is all about the 'snap shirt' that REAL cowboys wear.  I thought both looks turned out pretty cute.  (I actually really like Harper's shirt).

My stud Hud.  :)

Matt has been out of town this week, so Mini has been here helping us out.  It's been great having a few extra hands around here.  Hudson and Harper have been having a lot of fun too.  I especially enjoy myself when they are out and about having some fun and the house is totally silent.  I don't even turn on the TV.  After a while I do miss the noise, but a few hours of silence with a sleeping baby in your arms is wonderful.

A monumental event took place night before last and even happened last night too.  (Fingers crossed that a pattern is starting)....Holton slept for 5 HOURS STRAIGHT!!  Yes--you read that right!  He slept from 9-2 (and then went on to every 2 hours from then on, but hey---at least we know the child can do a 5 hour stretch!)!!  What a beautiful thing sleep is.

What do you do while big brother is away at school??  Put on his cowboy stuff!  I wish everyone could know Harper.  She is one of a kind, constantly brings us laughter, and we are smitten with her!

Still wearing Hudson's cowboy gear.

These are great pictures. I think cowboy week is one of my favorites too because I love to see them all geared up for it. Looking forward to March and getting those sweet babies over here. We miss y'all.
Wow, that is great news about the 5 hour stretch. I sure hope that continues and only gets better from here. We love y'all! Grammy
